Setting the brightness of your iPhone 13 Pro is easy with this new shortcut. You can use Siri or Back Tap to do it quickly. In this article, we’ll cover the features that allow you to adjust brightness while on the go. We’ll also discuss how to limit the frame rate of video recordings to avoid tearing. Read on to learn more! Here are some tips to adjust brightness on your iPhone 13 Pro:
Set Brightness
If you want to adjust the brightness of your iPhone screen on the fly, there are two ways to do it. You can use the Auto-brightness feature, which turns your iPhone on or off according to the ambient light, and you can disable this feature entirely. To set the brightness of your iPhone, go to Settings and tap on Display & Brightness. Once you have reached the screen’s brightness setting, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen. You will see the brightness slider. Simply swipe up to reveal the slider and drag it to the right to change the brightness.
To set the minimum brightness, you will need to enable the low-light filter on your iPhone. The downside of this feature is that you will have to use a dark room to see the screen clearly. Only use this feature at night or in dimly-lit locations. Regardless of the method you choose, you should use the minimum brightness setting to save battery power. You will find that your screen will have a reduced visibility in bright light, so you should avoid using it if possible.
Using Siri
Using Siri to change the brightness on iPhone 13 Pro is easy, but it may not be for everyone. The brightness shortcut will only work if you have a screen that is at least 50 percent brighter than the ambient light. This shortcut is not available on the iPhone 13 Lite, but it is available on the iPhone 13 Pro. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch. Choose ‘Set Brightness’, and then tap the back of the phone two or three times.
After enabling Siri, you can dim the screen. Simply triple-press the home button. Next, activate the Zoom option in the Settings. After that, triple-tap the screen with three fingers at once to open an additional Zoom settings menu. Once you’ve finished, Siri will adjust the brightness automatically. If you’re used to using your iPhone, it’s easy to turn it off. If you need to adjust the brightness manually, you can go to Settings > General.
Using Back Tap
Using the Back Tap brightness shortcut on iPhone 13 Pro will reduce the screen’s brightness by a set amount. This option is useful if you are constantly in an area with high levels of light. However, it may make the screen difficult to see in bright sunlight. If this is the case, you will want to use this feature only at night or in dimly lit areas. You will also need to enable the Low Light filter in Settings.
In the iOS 15 settings, you can also adjust the brightness of your screen. This feature is hidden in the menu of Accessibility, but you can find it at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the True Tone switch to enable or disable this feature. By doing this, you will have the option applied to all screens. If you don’t use the Auto Brightness option, you can enable it by turning the auto-brightness setting off in the same place.
Limiting frame rate
You can set a limit on the refresh rate of the screen on your iPhone 13 Pro by choosing a setting called Limit Frame Rate. To do so, open the Settings app and select Accessibility > Motion. Under the heading Frame Rate, you can choose to limit the refresh rate to 60 frames per second. Depending on your usage, you might need to limit the refresh rate to 30 fps or 60 frames per second.
You can also disable 120Hz screen refresh rate by enabling Low Power Mode. Toggling the Low Power Mode option requires you to swipe down from the top right corner of your screen. Apple’s ProMotion technology is not disabled by Low Power Mode, but you may notice that the refresh rate of the display fluctuates between 24 and 60 Hz. However, you can always enable Low Power Mode to maximize the battery life of your iPhone.
