Reactive machines

This week: Confirm the accountable owner, business problem, and weakest assessment area.
This month: Document governance, data, employee, security, and implementation gaps.
Next quarter: Complete a controlled pilot or remediation programme with measurable KPIs.
Within six months: Review business value, adoption, risk controls, and expansion readiness.

These are AI reactive machines systems that can react to specific situations or inputs, but do not have the ability to form memories or learn.
